Veronica didn't start out planning trips for other people. She started out chasing her own list. Every destination on this site is somewhere she's stood, eaten, sailed, or hiked, and that firsthand experience is what shapes every itinerary she builds.

She became a travel advisor because she noticed the gap between what people found when they searched on their own and what a trip could actually be with someone who'd already done the research, made the mistakes, and knew which experiences were worth the splurge. Twenty-three years later, that gap is still what she works to close for every client.

She still travels constantly, testing the ships, staying in the hotels, and walking the neighborhoods she recommends, because a photograph can't tell you whether a cabin sits too close to the engine room or whether a "five-minute walk" from a hotel is actually fifteen. Firsthand experience is non-negotiable to how she plans.

Her approach starts with listening. Before any itinerary takes shape, she wants to understand the real reason behind the trip, whether it's a milestone, a reset, or a shared list finally being checked off, and she builds toward that rather than a generic version of the destination.
